Pilot Bay was started in 2015 by Gary and Shannon Howe. We specialize in custom costumes, including vac formed armor parts, resin cast, 3D printing, Resin Printing and some leather work.

We also offer custom tailored seamstress work. All of our soft parts are made in house in the US. We are known for making custom sized Flight Suits for sizes XS-6XL. Each garment is made to your measurements so it is a prefect fit.
