Pilot Bay was started in 2015 by Gary and Shannon Howe. We specialize in custom costumes, including vac formed armor parts, resin cast, 3D printing, Resin Printing and some leather work.

We started doing embroidery in 2007 and in 2014 we started making costuming, and the rest is a WIP!

We also offer custom tailored seamstress work. All of our soft parts are made in house in the US. We are well known for making custom sized Flight Suits ranging from sizes XS-6XL. Each garment is made to your measurements so it is a prefect fit. 

We do NOT alter other makers or vendors garments under any circumstance.
